Step 2: Post your Hope Campaign
After successfully onboarding, you can now create a Hope Campaign
Create a Hope Campaign
- Use a clear and heartfelt title
Your title is the first thing people see. Make it specific and emotionally meaningful. Our Writing Assistant can help you come up with a strong title and description if you’re not sure where to start. - Add a short video
Campaigns with video tend to raise significantly more. A simple phone video where you share your heart, explain your mission, or say thank you can make a big impact. - Upload multiple photos
Photos help people feel connected to your story. HopeGives allows you to add more than one image to better share your journey. - Tell your story clearly
Let people know who you are, what you're doing, why it matters, and how the money will be used. The more personal and transparent you are, the more likely people are to give. - Set a focused goal
Choose a fundraising goal that reflects your actual need. You can increase it later if needed. Let donors know what the funds will help accomplish.-
Be Specific: Clearly outline how funds will be used.
-
Start Modestly: It's often better to meet a smaller goal and then stretch it.
-
Engage Early:Campaigns that raise 30% of their goal in the first week are more likely to succeed.
-
Regular Updates: Campaigns that post updates raise 126% more than those that don’t.
