How to Post an Update to Your Hope Campaign

Keeping your donors informed is a great way to build trust, encourage more giving, and remind people why they gave in the first place. Here’s how to post an update to your campaign:

Step 1: Go to Your Campaigns

  • Log in to your HopeGives account.

  • Click on Profile, then select Your Hope Campaigns from the menu.

Step 2: Choose the Campaign

  • Scroll through your list of active campaigns.

  • Find the campaign you want to update and click on Add Update.

Step 3: Write Your Update

  • Enter a short update message in the Campaign Update box.

  • Share any wins, stories, progress, or needs. Keep it real and personal.

Step 4: Add a Photo (or Video)

  • Upload an image by dragging it in or clicking browse to select one.

Step 5: Encourage Action

End your update with a gentle reminder:

  • Encourage donors to give again if they feel led.

  • Ask them to share your campaign with their friends, church, or community.

Step 6: Publish Your Update

  • Click Add Campaign Update to post it live.

Your update will automatically notify everyone who has donated so far. It’s a great way to bring supporters back to your campaign and build lasting momentum.
